• Professional photography or recording equipment requires prior approval from the organisers.

• Event photography and video recording may take place throughout the event.

• Images and footage may be used for Elysium Events' promotional content, subject to applicable privacy laws and consent requirements.

•Guests with concerns regarding photography or filming may speak to an event representative.

•Guests attend and participate in events at their own risk, subject to applicable law.

•Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the event.

•Elysium Events and the venue are not exempt from liability where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.

• All ticket purchases are subject to the event's published refund terms.

• Refunds for cancellations or significant event changes will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer-protection laws.
