Recess 2026: Y2K Party

By purchasing a ticket and attending RECESS 2026: Y2K PARTY, all attendees agree to comply with the following event policies, venue regulations, and safety procedures enforced by Fratt Haus, Moonshine, security personnel, and affiliated partners.

Strictly no persons under the age of 18 permitted.

Physical identification is mandatory upon entry.

Accepted forms of ID:

• South African ID
• Passport
• Driver’s License
• Student Card

No digital copies, screenshots, or photographs of identification documents will be accepted.

• Parking is available within the Times Square basement parking facilities.

• Parking fees and operations are independently managed by Times Square.

• Fratt Haus, Moonshine, and affiliated partners accept no responsibility for:

• Vehicle theft
• Vehicle damage
• Loss of items inside vehicles

The following items are strictly prohibited:

• Weapons or sharp objects

• Illegal substances or narcotics

• Outside alcohol

• Outside food or beverages

• Masks, balaclavas, or face coverings

• Dangerous or disruptive items deemed unsafe by security personnel

Any prohibited items may be confiscated and may result in immediate removal from the event.

Strict security measures will be enforced throughout the event.

• All attendees may be subject to bag inspections and pat-down searches upon entry.
• Refusal to comply with security procedures may result in denied entry or removal from the venue without refund.

Fratt Haus maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding:

• Illegal drug possession or usage

• Physical violence

• Sexual harassment

• Threatening or abusive conduct

Any attendee found violating these policies may be removed immediately and SAPS may be contacted where necessary.

By entering the event premises, all attendees consent to:

• Photography, videography, and audio recording

• The use of captured content for marketing, advertising, promotional, and social media purposes

• The unrestricted use of such content by Fratt Haus, Moonshine, and affiliated partners without compensation or ownership claims

• Tickets are only valid if purchased through official channels.

• Official ticket sales and transfers are handled exclusively through Howler.

• Ticket transfers must be arranged directly through Howler support.

• Fratt Haus will not be held responsible for fraudulent, duplicated, or invalid tickets purchased through third parties.

• Official ticket communication is only valid through Fratt Haus or Kayron (The Host).

• Tickets are generally non-refundable.

• In the event of cancellation initiated by the organizers, refunds will be processed directly through Howler in accordance with their policies and procedures.

• Refund processing timelines are subject to Howler’s systems and turnaround times.
