Nestled in the heart of Knysna at Oaks on Main, a curated experience awaits!
BOTANIQUE is a mini-fest like no other, presented by ONETWO SOUND SOLUTIONS in collaboration with THE NODE EVENTS. Designed as a sensory journey, it blends audio and visual delights, evoking blissful, euphoric emotions with sprinkles of gratitude, excitement, and joy.
French for "botanical," BOTANIQUE unfolds in our lush organic garden, where we dance beneath the wise old Milkwood Tree—a space that nurtures meaningful connections and invites free-spirited expression.
This unique night will immerse you in the sounds of deep funk and organic house—a journey through soulful rhythms, hypnotic grooves, and bass-driven beats designed to move both body and spirit.

- MIRAGE
Opening the dancefloor...DJ Mirage is a dynamic force in the South African electronic music scene, hailing from the picturesque town of Knysna. Known for his captivating blends of Afro House and Afro Tech, DJ Mirage crafts immersive soundscapes that pulse with deep rhythms, soulful melodies, and infectious energy.
Drawing inspiration from the rich cultural rhythms of Africa, Mirage has developed a signature style that seamlessly fuses traditional African elements with cutting-edge electronic beats. Whether he’s performing at local festivals, intimate lounges, or high-energy dance floors, his sets are a journey—layered, rhythmic, and deeply resonant.
With an ear for storytelling through sound, DJ Mirage continues to grow his presence in the music world, pushing boundaries and connecting audiences through the universal language of music.
- BOABA KIEKA (CPT)
The Boaba Kieka name was derived from a psychological phenomenon (Bouba-Kiki) that demonstrates the relationship between sound and shapes. This effect is used to explore how we perceive and categorize sound and visuals, providing the natural tendency to associate certain phonetic qualities with visual traits. This resonated deeply with the creation of the Boaba Kieka duo. Their sets are both groovy and soulful and sometimes have a sexier, edgier sound. Boaba Kieka has a tasteful blend of Afro House & Afro Tech with catchy vocals infused with deep-driving baselines that bring an electrifying energy to the dancefloor. It's a sound impossible not to move to.
- HUNTED MIKE
One of the more recognizable faces, the bewhiskered tune Selecta will be closing off this edition of Botanique. Known for his epic song selection and commitment to groove, expect some deep funk, reworked classics, and the obligatory bonus surprise tracks. Get ready for music that you never knew you really wanted to hear
