TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Entry and tickets
- A valid ticket is required for entry.
- Tickets are subject to availability and must be purchased through the official Howler ticketing page.
- Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain or used for unauthorised promotions.
- Entry is subject to venue capacity, security checks and compliance with event rules.
- The organisers reserve the right to refuse entry where reasonably justified, including where safety rules or entry requirements are not met.
2. Age restrictions
- The event is subject to the age restriction stated on the official ticket page.
- Valid identification may be required to verify age.
- No underage drinking is permitted. Alcohol-related laws and venue rules must be followed at all times.
3. Conduct and security
- Harassment, violence, fighting, intimidation, illegal substances and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Attendees must follow reasonable instructions from security personnel and event staff.
- Anyone whose conduct creates a safety risk may be removed from the event without a refund, subject to applicable law.
- No weapons or dangerous items are permitted.
4. Alcohol and prohibited items
- Alcohol policies are subject to applicable law, licensing conditions and venue rules.
- Bringing alcohol onto the premises is permitted only if expressly authorised by the venue and organisers and where legally allowed.
- The sale, supply or consumption of alcohol by or to under-18s is prohibited.

5. Refunds and event changes
- All ticket purchases are subject to Howler's applicable terms and conditions.
- Refunds, cancellations and postponements will be handled in accordance with applicable law and Howler's policies.
- The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, performers, timings or event arrangements where necessary.
- If the event is cancelled or materially changed, ticket holders will be notified of the applicable arrangements.
6. Personal belongings
- Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings.
- The organisers and venue are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged property, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
7. Photography and media
- Photography and video recording may take place during the event for promotional purposes.
- By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in event media. Any use of identifiable images will remain subject to applicable privacy and data-protection laws.
- Please contact the organisers if you have concerns about the use of your image.
8. Safety and liability
- Attendance is at your own risk, subject to the organisers' and venue's legal obligations.
- Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
