TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. Entry and tickets
- A valid ticket is required for entry.
- Tickets are subject to availability and must be purchased through the official Howler ticketi ng page.
- Tickets may not be resold for commercial gain or used for unauthorised promotions.
- Entry is subject to venue capacity\, sec urity checks and compliance with event rules.
- The organisers reser ve the right to refuse entry where reasonably justified\, including where safety rules or entry requirements are not met.
2. Age re strictions
- The event is subject to the age restriction stated on the official ticket page.
- Valid identification may be re quired to verify age.
- No underage drinking is permitted. Alcohol-r elated laws and venue rules must be followed at all times.
- Harassment\, violence\, fight ing\, intimidation\, illegal substances and disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Attendees must follow reasonable instructions from s ecurity personnel and event staff.
- Anyone whose conduct creates a safety risk may be removed from the event without a refund\, subject to ap plicable law.
- No weapons or dangerous items are permitted.

4. Alcohol and prohibited items
- Alcohol polic ies are subject to applicable law\, licensing conditions and venue rules.< /p>
- Bringing alcohol onto the premises is permitted only if expressly authorised by the venue and organisers and where legally allowed.
- The sale\, supply or consumption of alcohol by or to under-18s is prohibit ed.
- The organisers reserve the right to prohibit items that pose a safety or security risk.
5. Refunds and event changes
- All ticket purchases are subject to Howler's applicable t erms and conditions.
- Refunds\, cancellations and postponements wil l be handled in accordance with applicable law and Howler's policies.
< p>- The organisers reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the pro gramme\, performers\, timings or event arrangements where necessary.- If the event is cancelled or materially changed\, ticket holders will b e notified of the applicable arrangements.
6. Personal be longings
- Attendees are responsible for their personal b elongings.
- The organisers and venue are not responsible for lost\, stolen or damaged property\, except where liability cannot lawfully be ex cluded.
7. Photography and media
- Photo graphy and video recording may take place during the event for promotional purposes.
- By attending\, you acknowledge that you may appear in e vent media. Any use of identifiable images will remain subject to applicab le privacy and data-protection laws.
- Please contact the organisers if you have concerns about the use of your image.
8. Saf ety and liability
- Attendance is at your own risk\, subj ect to the organisers' and venue's legal obligations.
- Nothing in t hese terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
- Attendees must comply with applic able South African laws and venue safety requirements.
9. Acceptance of terms
By purchasing a ticket or attending Coast After Dark\, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions\, together wit h the applicable Howler terms and venue rules.
