By purchasing a ticket and allowing your child to attend the Youth Rage Under 18 Festival, you, as the parent or legal guardian, acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. Photography & Media Usage
- We may capture photos and videos during the event for promotional, marketing, and social media purposes.
- By allowing your child to attend, you grant consent for their images to be used across our platforms.
- If you wish to request the removal of any images, please contact us via youthrage@gmail.com and we will promptly review and process your request.
2. Data Protection & Privacy
- All media captured will be handled in compliance with POPIA and will not be shared with third parties without further consent.
- No identifying personal information (such as full names) will be used alongside images unless explicitly agreed to in writing.
3. Liability Waiver
- The event organizers take all reasonable measures to ensure a safe environment. However, by permitting attendance, you agree that the organizers are not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property.
