Firearms and Fire Safety Policy
For the safety and well-being of all attendees, no firearms of any kind are permitted on the event premises. This includes licensed and unlicensed firearms. Any person found in possession of a firearm will be required to remove it from the venue immediately.
Open fires are strictly prohibited. Only gas braaiers are permitted on site. No wood, charcoal, or open-flame fires will be allowed unless prior written approval has been obtained from the event organisers.
All approved fire sources must be accompanied by clearly visible and readily accessible fire extinguishers at all times. Event safety officials reserve the right to inspect and enforce compliance throughout the event.
Non-compliance with this policy may result in removal from the premises without refund.
