The Kasi Deep Social Xperience will take place from the 19th to the 22nd of December 2025 in KwaMakhutha township, with over 2000 spectators expected to attend this deep house event.
Day 1: Community Concert (19th December) A family-oriented, free concert featuring local DJs, vocalists, percussionists, dancers, comedians, poets, theatrical performers, and musicians. Special performances by Joocy and other Afrotainment artists will highlight the event. Activities include face painting, removable tattoos, an ice cream parlour, popcorn machines, a photo booth, food stalls, merchandise stalls, and PlayStation sets. Community engagement will be enhanced through gift packages and modern dance performances (Amapiano, street dance). The event will utilize the HOWLER online ticket system and cashless transactions, with patron information collected via Mailchimp.
Days 2 & 3: Main Event (20th & 21st December) Charged events featuring chart-topping DJs/producers, vocalists, percussionists, and upcoming DJs/producers. The lineup includes Artwork Sounds, Sir LSG, Soul Diva, Sjava, Dlala Thukzin, Zeedan, Otto B, C-Blak, Exte C, Ntukza, Christos, Vinny Da Vinci, Bhapi Concepts Maestro DJs, and local DJ/producers.
The event will showcase local visual artists, traditional dance and music performances, fitness and wellness activities, Amapiano and street dance performances, face painting, removable tattoos, an ice cream parlour, popcorn machines, food stalls, merchandise stalls, and PlayStation sets.
Platforms will be created for local artists to network with industry professionals, potential sponsors, and collaborators. Emerging talents will have the opportunity to perform and gain exposure.
Recycling programs and clean-up drives will be implemented to promote sustainable practices and foster community responsibility and environmental awareness.
The event will be staged in summer, with typically sunny days and warm nights. Currently, no adverse weather conditions are expected. However, if adverse weather arises, a tent will be set up to ensure the event proceeds smoothly.
