(3) that ticket holders will indemnify, defend and hold event entites harmless venue from any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of action, losses or liabilities whatsoever arising from or related to at-tendance at, or participation in, any event and from any loss, damage or injury, including death, that may be sustained by you or caused to others or their property by you
