All participants' bags will be searched at the gate.

The school is strictly cashless — refreshments are sold at the tuckshop.

Players must be registered at their respective schools for the year.

Managers and coaches are responsible for ensuring all rules are enforced.

Spectators who infringe any of these requirements will be asked to leave the grounds.

Parking will be available in and around the school grounds. Spectators are encouraged to arrive early to secure parking spaces closer to the premises. Car guards will be present; however, please note that parking is at the vehicle owner's own risk.
