Your donation is your ticket to Move Your Body for Good virtual vinyasa flow yoga class on 24 October at 10 am. These classes are beginner level classes, but are strong enough for all levels of fitness. Did you know that we have raised almost R180 000 to date for our beneficiaries!? The power of yoga to unite and bring good to our lives is truly amazing, and thanks to you the donor, we are able to assist those affected by the Covid-19 Lock-down.
This weeks beneficiary is the Knysna Sedgefield Hospice. Did you know that Knysna has the highest imported Covid-19 cases in the Western Cape outside of Cape Town? The Hospice will provide home-based relief to over 400 families along after lock-down. On average every Hospice patient receives 40 home visits and 170 interventions.
